Neale Proellocks
Adult Ministries & Evangelism
Neale has had 35 years experience in Church Ministry and has also worked as an Ambulance Officer.  Neale oversees a variety of programs with his primary focus being Evangelism; outreach and training.  Besides reaching out to the local community, Neale is passionate about the Church being equipped to share their beliefs and grow in their personal relationship with Christ.
Neale and his wife Kerry have four adult children and a two grandchildren who they enjoy sharing time with regularly.

Tim Smith  (Dip Min., B. Th., M.A. – Pastoral Counselling)
Small Groups & Congregational Care
Tim joined our ministry team in October 2005 with his primary responsibilities being Pastoral Care and Connect Groups (small groups/cell groups).  Tim provides training and support for over 60+ Connect group leaders as well as steering a variety of programs to help meet the practical needs of our congregation and the community.  He has had 24 years ministry experience as a minister in Churches of Christ and as a Chaplain with Churches of Christ Care.
Tim and Kristen have an adult son at University and two boys in High School.

Ross Savill (BSocWk., Dip. Min.)
Pastor - Youth
In 2010 Ross celebrates 25 years in youth ministry here at HumeRidge.  Ross originally trained in Social Work and has been awarded an honorary Diploma by the Australian College of Ministries in recognition of his contribution to Church based Youth Work.  In early 2010 Ross was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for his work amongst youth, and in particular indigenous youth, in the Australia Day Honours.  Ross leads youth groups, disciples youth leaders, teaches Religious Instruction in Schools, and plays a key role in Sunday@5 services.
Ross has been married to Jenny since 1985.  They have two grown children attending University, a son in High School and a daughter in Primary School.

Elicia Wuersching
Youth Worker
Elicia has been on staff at HumeRidge since 2000.  She teaches Religious Instruction in schools and assists Ross in leading youth group, Sunday @5 services, and youth bible studies.  Elicia is passionate about helping girls and young women grow in their understanding of who they are in Christ, and disciplining.
Elicia is married to Nick and they have a new baby girl.

Brendon Walmsley
Worship & Production Coordinator
Brendon joined the HumeRidge team in mid-2005 taking on the role of co-ordinating the music and production teams.  With a professional background in the music industry as a multi-award winning singer/songwriter and recording artist, Brendon has helped develop the music teams and integrate new technology in the production area.  Brendon is committed to inspiring people to develop a heart for worship that focuses wholly on God.
Brendon is married to Carmen and they have two young sons.
