Weddings

The HumeRidge Church of Christ is a well appointed venue with air conditioned rooms. It is wheelchair friendly and has a large landscaped driveway and undercover portico for that grand entrance.

There are two rooms suitable for wedding ceremonies. A large foyer area and a covered portico provide your entry. The Chats Cafe Foyer or the Catering Hall are available to hire for after ceremony gatherings, refreshments or for a formal reception.

The main auditorium for 1100 guests, has a full size stage area with quality sound, video and lighting systems and two parenting rooms. This room would suit a larger wedding. There is a wide tiered staircase leading up to stage.

Options available include battery operated candles, an archway which may be decorated, and a red or white runner for the processional walkway.

The Chapel auditorium is a intimate space, seating 340 people. It is equipped with quality sound, lighting and video projection systems. Add your own stage and seating decorations to make the room uniquely yours.

 

 

 

To help create that special atmosphere, we offer the choice of a sheer white backdrop curtain, a white vinyl runner, or a red carpet runner.

Hire prices include use of the auditorium for your one hour ceremony and also for a separate one hour rehearsal by arrangement.

 

 

 

 

We welcome your special touches like rose petals and ask you to arrange to have them and your decorations removed afterwards. (Confetti and rice etc are not to be used unless you arrange professional cleaners to remove them at the end of the service.)
